Review 1：There is no electronic kettle in the room, bu-----t ! when I ordered some hot water,they brought it to our room with tea-set.
Review 2：Indoor swimming pool, Whirlpool,Staff. especially my husband liked a lot to make a waffle by himself and eat it immediately as breakfast. And it was very nice for me to drink some fresh orange juice. After our checking out, I asked a hot water in my drink bottle, they accepted very friendly and offered a tea-pack,too.

Review 9：The pool and souna are good. Location great, but only if its really snowing or a beautiful spring/summer.
Review 10：I had hoped that the staff would be able to offer better information on skiing facilities in Winterberg and maybe recommend somewhere to hire skis and how to get on the slopes. The Friday night buffet dinner was rather poor - not helped by the smell of the paraffin burners.
