Review 1：The service, from check-in to help with my room, to the restaurant was inattentive, disorganized, a bit unfriendly. The room--and indeed the entire hotel--was shabby and in need of a long-overdue renovation. The food was mediocre or worse. Given all that, it was overpriced and the only disappointing experience I had in my ten days in Denmark.
