Review 2：great location, beautifully appointed apartment, very friendly owners. The apartment within walking distance from the railway line,but yet far enough not to hear the trains. Shopping with all facilities is within driving distance.
Review 3：Breakfast currently unavailable - website should advise? Our upstairs room great, but would stairs would be unsuitable for the 'physically challenged'. For booking.com: I'm increasingly attracted to sites that avoid the "hurry last room left" sales push!

Review 8：When we settled into our apartment on the top floor, I cried a little. This is a beautiful property settled in amazing countryside. Everything in the room was immaculate. The grounds are maintained and the Alps are an amazing sight.

The facilities were new& superb - more beautiful than the pictures on website. You can biketo Lake or just relax in the many sitting areas owners has throughouttheir beautiful yards. You have a fantastic view of either themountains/valley or mountains/distant lake from the rooms. Owner& staff goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable andrelaxing. We wished we could have stayed longer than 2 days but theywere fully booked.

Please note that there is a breakfast room. The breakfast buffet is available between 08:00 and 10:30 on the first floor and guests can pick it up there and have breakfast in their room or on their balcony. A wooden terrace is available for us in summer.There is a dining table in each room.
