Review 1：Wifi coverage was poor. No plug in the sink in my room. Not enough to spoil my stay!!!

Review 2：The building was kept in a beautiful traditional style inside and out. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was extremely good. It was good value for money.

Review 3：We stayed at the hotel for our wedding. The hotel made no extra effort to make our stay a memorable one for this special occasion. The rooms were small and very unequipped (no fridge/ minimal amenities). Making things worse (and this was partly our fault), we were locked out of the hotel at our wedding night. The hotel closes for the night and I made the mistake of leaving the key at the reception when I departed for the wedding ceremony. Of course, I could have specifically checked if I needed the key but my mind was on other things. Neither, did the reception staff alert me to the fact that we needed the key to get back into the building since the reception would not be staffed late at night. So we arrived from our wedding and could not get into our hotel. Luckily, we got a room at the Alpenclub and when we returned to Hotel Terofal the next day, the staff were unapologetic, not particularly sympathetic and refused our suggestion of getting a small discount for that night. So overall, it was a disappointing experience. In part, it was our fault but I think the hotel staff could have made more of an effort with their guests.
