Review 1：bath room was tiny esp the shower. radiators were only lukewarm and then only at the tops nothing in most of the radiator

Review 3：Hotel is situated within 1 minutes walk of the old town with lots of shops and places to eat. You can get to the lake's edge via an underpass at the railway station and travel to Konstanz by rail free thanks to the tourist taxes. Very nice breakfast.

Review 4：Our hosts and owners of the hotel treated us like family. they did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. Hotel is in an old building. However, it is very well maintained and clean. Location in Radolfzell is excellent.

This hotel is being managed with the guest's point of view in mind all the time - other hotels should send their managers and staff here to train :-) Hotel newly renovated (the areas we saw), spacious feeling about it, staff very friendly, super clean (we stayed 2 weeks, and the room was cleaned completely every day - which is not exactly common even in 5star hotels!), I loved the breakfast (and again: after each guest, crumbs were cleaned off the table and chairs), big room, good beds, including bathroom window we had 4 windows (and no problem with noise at all), good explanations in the room concerning everything from TV channels to sightseeing, good Wifi, nice lobby area with comfy sofas, location at half a minute walk into old town and two minutes to train station.

Review 31：The room was very spacious. There was a separate bathroom which was very big and had a big shower. It was right by the train station, yet still quiet.

Review 32：The room is spacious and comfortable, almost the size of a small apartment. The location is excellent, less than 200m to the train station. The staffs are all friendly and willing to help. I had a most pleasant stay there.

Review 39：It was located close to the lake and 5 minutes from the main train station. This family run hotel was one of the best we've stayed in and we've stayed in a lot of them. The staff were very helpful with planning day trips to Konstanz, Mainau and Switzerland. We'll go back and stay here next time.

Review 43：At first I thought the hotel was a distance from the centre as we drove in but the old town is literally around the corner with bars and restaurants the length of that street (Seestrasse I think). 4 places to park at the hotel and no charge. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Very good breakfast. The lake is lovely here - water lapping up to your feet - to get there you have to walk a few mins from the hotel and go under a short tunnel under the railway. We chose Radolfzell as we couldnt get any other hotel around the lake on that night but will be back and to same hotel
