Review 11：I was very pleased with most aspects of the Hotel, location on the edge of the city was ok for me because i love walking but i realise some guests would require a taxi or the bus which conveniently stops across the road to access the city centre, Staff were obliging and helpful especially with directions, my room clean nicely decorated, clean & comfortable it was overlooking the pool which looked very inviting but unfortunately was closed for the season, the hotel was situated at side of a busy route to the city centre but there was no disturbance from either people of traffic, Breakfast the next morning was a nice mixture of English and continental which suited all tastes, all in all nice hotel, nice staff, nice food.

Review 28：Lack of professionalism-staff was trying to cancel my reservation on the day of arrival even though I booked the room in one month advance. The beds were really unconfortable (extremely tough). The walls were so thin that we heard our neighbours as if they were in our room. The swimming pool was very cold (it is always in shadow and is not heated).

Rooms were cleaned daily. Provided a cot free of charge. Nice staff especially in bar and restaurant. Good size pool. Play area with trampoline for kids which is sheltered hence good during midday sun. Good selection of food at breakfast.

Review 39：Broken light bulbs and dodgy beds. Neighbourhood feels like you might get mugged, and the staff act like you're intruding on their permanant lunch break.

Review 41：- I did not like that the hotel charged my credit card for the whole stay before my arrival. They explained that they had to do it beacuse the hotel was full. They should have only pre-authorize my card, without charging. This is my only one remark. Other things were perfect.

Unfortunitily they only let us stay till 15:00 andpay the 40 €even I want to pay more to stay longer. The answer is No!.My two years daughter have to have a snap in the airport! So the food experience is mixed (had a meal at one evening, buffet, which was ordinary) The breakfast is most likely the best meal... Good location, right by tram, supermarket nearby in plaza de mar with a mcds. Good machines with drinks and sweets. Pool open with a bar playing music. Has tennis and mini golf.

Review 77：It is not centrally located as stated in the description there is a good 15 min walk downhill to alicante main strip. Prepare to use taxis. Not ideal for young children didnt have that kind of atmosphere. Saw no activities for children at hotel. Staff are quite cold

Its old and need restoration. We payed extra for a room with view and got a big buildingwall as view. Respons from the hotel was "other view is based on availability and the hotel is full" even though we payed for it. They were not interested in helping out, show some good faith or compensating us at all. However, Booking.com was very helpfull and supportive and they compensated us for the lost view since the hotel refused. Poor cleaning as well even upon arrival at the room How they managed to get 3-stars+ and a 8.2 rating is beyond my understanding. Its a hotel suitable for persons with no needs or expectations.

Review 111：we had a sea view which was fab but perhaps have somewhere to dry swimwear on the balcony areas as we were staying for 10 days with kids and had to make do with draping clothes, towels over the chairs. Obviously nothing that would look unsightly - perhaps a clothes airer so that items would not be visible at street level . Shower curtains too short for bath .

До моря пешком не спеша мин. 7-10 , до центра города (el corte ingles) мин.30-40 пешком, с маленькими детьми пешком до цетра далековато, на такси около 5 евро. WIFI в отеле/номере работал хорошо. Питание в отеле из максимальных 10 баллов (заврак: вполне приличный и нормальный выбор - 9 , обед/ужин: маленький выбор и однообразный - 8). Номер: все чисто, удобно, красиво, комфортно. Номер брали на 7 этаже с видом на море, все супер. Туалетные принадлежности ежедневно пополняются. В основном все отлично, с удовольствием вернемся еще раз туда, всем рекомендуем.

Review 121：location is little far from city centre but close to beach (Postiguet). Room was big though but we felt room make up service was not that good.we were three in the room but they provided only a single quilt. When asked night staff has given something that I cant say a blanket.Baby cot was broken though we havn't used it.

Review 122：This hotel is amazing.Its clean comfortable equipped with several elevators and lot of amenities.Food (breakfast,lunch,dinner) was so good and full of varieties you can hardly try all of them, and its cheap too.If you are travelling with kids am sure they are going to have a good time with the game equipements they have.They even have free storage incase if you want t o store your luggage.Though our check in time was at 4pm but they made the room one hour before, what I think was quite helpful for us.

Review 123：I arrived early ( between 12 and 1pm), checked in and give a room number but told room was not ready. When I came back around 3 hours later (official check in time 4 pm) room was still not ready. Finally they gave me the card key. In the meantime a helpful person had allocated me another room on the computer. So, when new guests arrived at 2.30am they tried to get into my room, thinking it empty. Following morning after breakfast I couldn't get back into my room because the computer no longer recognized me.
