Review 1：The room was very cold due to poor insulation, as it seems. Cranking up the heating did not help. We were freezing throughout the night and had difficulties sleeping. Also, the lighting in the room was very poor.
Review 2：Family room is fairly spacious and is equipped with a small kitchen with cooking utensils.
Review 3：A lot of cigarette smoke in the stairways that came into the hotell room. Wifi didn't work, too slow. Other guest could easily be heard through the walls. Breakfast concist of some bread, too few slices of cheese, ham, cucumber and tomato. Butter, nutella, jam, coffee, one small glass of orange juice. No bacon and egg, no cereals, no youghurt. Limited and it was set on the table already, no buffet. When I booked it said I could request for a children bed against a fee. That wasn't possible when we arrived there.
Review 4：The hotel has a restaurant and a bar, so if you have trouble to sleep due to noise, this hotel is not for you. We were disturbed especially when some local Germans were loud leaving the hotel and bar at around 01:00 in the morning, this is most certainly only the case on Friday and Saturday evenings, since this restaurant since it is so good and it seems to be the only place to go out in Heiligenhafen during winter and off season. I would go there again though due to price and the excellent Greek food.
Review 5：The parking just outside the hotel in the main street. The food in the Greek restaurant, great Greek food, main dish for EUR 9, big portions. Nice breakfast Big flat with separate room for the children, nice and clean.
Review 6：When we arrived to the hotel (during the stated time for check in) they already had given the apartment we booked to someone else. When we showed them our reservation they gave us two dubbelrooms instead (splitting up a family of four) but refused to include breakfast even though we no longer had a kitchen in the room.

Review 16：The tobacco smoke in the reception and in the corridor was awful, room was hot and no fans or AC, you were able to hear everything from the street. We were unlucky, because there was few guys drinking alcohol in the opposite pizza place and the noise they made was loud and lasted until 2am. The kids were kind of afraid of those drunken people shouts :/

Review 18：Staff is no where to be found! Same person taking care of reception, kitchen, restaurant so expect long wait for check in and out. No Micro, only 2 glass and sundries small plates and cutlery. Not even one complete set for eating available. Can be very noisy from restaurant / bar downstairs plus sound from pizzeria opposite the street. Difficult to get parking.
