Review 1：We arrived after a long journey and there was no hot water. In fact we were there three nights and we only had hot water once.There was also no way to adjust the heating and consequently we roasted in our room.Despite being a few hundred metres to Poland there were only Czech and German language tv channels. No Polish, no English. (my family is Polish/British). I travel a lot around CE Europe and I foudn this odd.Then one night my son and I went down to the bar and despite the bar being empty we were told we could not sit at any table ("all seats are reserved") and that we must go to our rooms to drink - I left my room because I could not stand the heat and also because my wife was ill with earache. We stood next to the bar and not one table was occupied or dressed during that time!Then there was the fiasco of the New Year's Eve supper. I had reserved a table for 21.00. My wife ordered a starter which promptly arrived 10 minutes later, but the main courses appeared at 22.45, I complained but they said that the boss was having a party and they just shrugged. I am a diabetic and I had taken an insulin injection just before coming down to the dining room. I felt really unwell by the time the meal came. My wife, who had earache, felt bad as the dining room where we sat was draughty and cold. I noticed that all guests there had to return to their rooms for sweaters or jackets.At 22.35 they offered us a platter of plain ham and strips of bread - "A present !!", the waitress declared happily, but we had comletely lost our appetites I answered that I did not want a present, I wanted our meal.They then presented me with the bill but I asked, in my opinion quite justly, for a discount seeing as we had had to wait so long.

Review 5：Really need to sort out the kitchen as waited upto one and a half hours for them to prepare the main course. This appears to be the norm. Good food if you are prepared to wait.
