Review 1：Looks like a hotel from the 80's. Plus You don't get the 4 star hotel services. Take your slippers with you as well as your bathrobe. You will pay for Internet. 160 Eur per night is a fortune considering the location.

Review 2：We booked a room and were then given a chalet, which was in need of a facelift. It was quite annoying, as we expected an hotel room not a chalet.Completely overpriced. We stayed one night in a beautiful hotel in the same town which had great character and was the same price.

Review 3：The location was good. The staff I thought were quite distant. The gradens and etrance reception area was well kept and very nice.

Review 4：Our group had one hotel room and one condo. Condo clean and comfortablebut very dated and in need of a bit of remodeling. An occasional bit ofweed digging and removal would help the appearance of the propertyimmensely.

Review 20：Mentioned my wife's 50th birthday via booking form but noacknowledgement. No replacement of body lotion & coffee, creamer etc notreplaced on 2nd day of our 3 night stay. No air conditioning, pillows alittle soft. Welcome greeting in German & daily 'newspaper' in Germanfor 2 days but English on last day.

Review 21：Spacious room, with microwave, fridge & flat screen tv with bbc! & 2.Balcony with view of beautiful countryside in a quiet area. 10 min walkto centre. Young waitress at breakfast exceptionally friendly & moststaff generally friendly. Useful guidance re free tourist travelhowever, we would point out that there are limitations to distances.

Their technical department even provided uswith covers for the 220v mains plugs to protect the children. Breakfastwas great and so was the swimming pool and jacuzi. It fully met ourexpectations and we would stay there again. Internet costs 5.- a day.For the price, a bargain.
