Review 1：Absolutely NOTHING to criticise!!
Review 2：We are frequent travellers, but in the past 100 overnight stays, we have never come across an equally fabulous place: brand new, generously sized apartment with balcony, equipped with everything of highest standard. A GOLD MEDAL for the big, deep bath tub, in which to soak after a day of heat-wave driving!! 1-2 km towards Schliersee township is a beergarden, where the locals go, and where food is excellent and affordable. Very good breakfast.
Review 3：The mattress of the bed was too hard (and I am used to very hard ones). Pillow was too small and too pumped up. Too few parking spots.

Review 7：We stayed there with a friend of mine. The location is very close to the train station and very easy to get to Schliersee in 15 mins by bike. It's a very nice hotel to stay for a short time (e.g. weekend trip).
Review 8：We stayed for 3 nights form 27th December. The location was supposed to be Schliersee but it was a little out of town. If you wanted a restaurant that was open in the evening you had to get a bus.
Review 9：Fantastic hotel with large rooms, a balcony, comfortable bed and large flat screen TV. Breakfast was great. Loads to do around the area and the scenery is magnificent.

Review 14：No toiletries in the bathroom; not even a little bar of soap to wash your hands so make sure you have your soap/shampoo. Internet was off and on. Reception was very cold to us; at our arrival and at breakfast. Maybe they are employees and not the owners?? For our month driving holiday through Germany/Austria, we stayed at 11 gastehaus to that point, this was our least favorite of all. Worst part was the bathroom. Like a little plastic RV bathroom that you would purchase and put in. Hardly bigger than a closet. The shower curtain clinged to you while you were bathing. Like a cruise ship interior cabin shower. After our shower, the spare tissue that they sit on the floor was soaked through. Just a very odd experience for us and not up to par with the other locations we enjoyed during our vacation. At one point, we came back in from a tour of the whiskey factory (nice experience!) and smelled coffee. We asked reception if we could get coffee and she said no they did not have any. However, when we went out for dinner, another room had a coffee pot and cups outside of their door so they were able to get coffee and there was coffee at breakfast. Not the typical pleasant experience we had at the other locations and we would not return but, just like toilet paper, it did get the job done!!!!
Review 15：My husband liked the breakfast choices/variety....caprese salad, sliced meats, radishes, cucumbers, salmon, sundried tomatoes, etc. Also had the bread, butter, jelly, cheese, etc as you would expect and what I enjoyed. Some kind of cherry jelly that was excellent.

Review 19：Beautiful, quaint, and clean. Felt as if we were in a storybook. There is a room downstairs where you can go relax and have a drink if you like which is especially great if you are staying with a group. If you are not with a group it is a nice place to meet some of the other guests!

Review 30：The garden apartment was very pleasant. An improvement would be to leave a note in the apartment with the Internet username and password and breakfast time. A map of the village would be useful too. This hotel is close to the Bodensee Koenigsee bike path.

Review 33：Nice hotel with good breakfast. Nicely decorated rooms in wood. try to choose a room not facing the road as the traffic is loud sometimes. Small Slyrs factory is 50 m away, bought some whiskey presents, it is so nice inside and the smell was great, so we couldnt resist:)

Review 36：Nothing we didn't "like", just general observations. Firstly feelobliged to mention hotel is right by the road and that whilst the townof Schliersee is pretty enough, this hotel is best served as a base togo out and do stuff, but you would really need a car. Meantime wetravelled with a friend and her son, and the biggest grievance of ourstay was that my husband and I paid for a superior double (rather thanstandard) double room. On check-in however, our friend (who had booked astandard double room) luckily got upgraded to a superior double room andwas promptly given the key to a much prettier room than ours on thefirst level (with canopy over the bed, flower-boxes on balcony etc)whilst we were at ground level in a room that was definitely lesswelcoming and far less attractive. This made for a very grumpy firstafternoon in Schliersee...although thankfully as a result of a less thansavoury stain I found on the part of my sheet that was tucked down theside of the bed on the second night of our stay, the hotel manager verykindly billed us the standard, rather than superior rate, and wasextremely apologetic and concerned. I should add we believe that thestain was very much a freak thing, as the hotel was overall very clean.We do feel strongly that we should have been given their room though.Folder/book in the room with info on what to do in the area would havebeen quite handy too.

Breakfast was outstanding, offering themost variety of foods out of the five hotels we stayed at on our tripthrough Germany and Austria; breakfast room was very pretty too, intraditional Bavarian style. Help yourself "honesty" bar next to thebreakfast room so that you can get drinks after check-in has closed, asthere is no restaurant for evening dining or room service etc. You makea note of your room number and what drink you've had in the notebooksupplied, settling up when you check out.
