Review 1：No tea facilities, asked for quiet room .as there was a festival on the streets I did not sleep for 4 nights. Shower was appalling. Shower was above the toilet. Everything got wet.

Review 5：We stayed in the Palads/Best Western Hotel. In booking.com, this name was not mentioned, instead the accommodation was named "Vyborg byferie". Had we known that this was the Palads Hotel (where we staid some time ago), we would have gone to another place since all the trouble from our last stay was still in place: Mattresses were worn out, the shower head was directly above the toilet, the room smelt like having been a smoker's room two days ago. The rooms were not cleaned during our stay (two nights).

Review 7：Not the hotel's fault, but the shopping district closed at 1800every day. After work there was no time to see anything. Shouldn'taffect leisure travelers, but business travelers won't have muchtime in the evening.Restaurants were open late however, and there is lots of variety.
Review 8：It's location is right perfect. 300 meters from the train station.50 meters from the walking/shopping district of Viborg.The staff actually upgraded my room from a Double Economy Room to a two bedroom suite with full kitchen and living room. I showed up late at night, so this may have been the only option left in the hotel. I was very happy with my stay and the staff were great at the Best Western Palads Hotel (which is who I dealt with for check-in and check-out).
