Review 1：No drinks, tea or coffee making facility in room, but, read the in-room literature, drinks available 24 hrs, just ask.

Review 2：Everything was what we expect in a Best western hotel.

Review 3：Hotel is easily accessible by car, directly into the spacious P lot, and close to check in area. We had a dinner in the bar, not great experience but well enough for tired travelers. The room and the bed were comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Staff nice and kind. The location is just perfect in really nice city. The location is just perfect in really nice city.

Review 4：My only (small) complaint would be that there was no comfortable seating area in the bar, so if you are feeling weary and need a sofa or armchair then you have to take your drinks to the reception area next to the front door.

Review 5：Very pleasant & helpful staff, comfortable room. Was worried about parking as our high roof van would not fit in the underground car park however we were able to park without any problems in the public car park right next to the hotel free of charge.

Review 16：This is not a hotel fault - there was a Schutzferein (?) fest in theTown (v nice experience) and there were some noisy hotel guest near usfor quite long into the night. Not sure about fest link here (could beinnocent) as this is typical for our tourists' civilization - even thebest/brilliant hotels are spoiled by noisy morons who behave without anyconsideration for other people (we stayed in 3 hotels in our trip andthis problem was epidemic). Overall this hotel is a great place to stopand excellent value for money. The staff could be a bit more proactivein making life easier for drivers. On the way back I was surprised thatthe main access road from the Spa to a2 link was fully closed due toroadworks (we arrived by different route). We spent some time messingaround on our way to a2 - not a big deal but....

Review 17：Excellent quality overall: great location - Spa is a great place for aday/evening stop in a longer travel (the latter was our case, lovely oldTown, beautiful park/spa), lots of places to eat and drink- everythingin 5 min walking distance. Hotel is located in some mini-shopping/restaurant center (mini-market open till 22 on Saturday!) butthis is a good thing. We got room for 3 people - large, great beds,brilliant bathroom (v quiet doors - important during a night!); good a/c- windows, v quiet overall. Breakfast = brilliant/staff -serviceexcellent. Fantastic garage - very secure so one can leave all stuff inthe car without worries - immediate access to the hotel - mostconvenient. We usually stop in this area on the UK-Poland drive anddefinitely will use this hotel again. Most recommended.
