Review 1：The lady on the reception was less than friendly, to the point of being quite arrogant and rude on our departure.

Review 3：Location, free coffe and cake, fresh flowers in the room. Nice and quiet room.
Review 4：The hotel website says Wifi is available for free in every room - this was not the case, and it seems to be so in all the flats (which are all, I understand, accessible from a separate staircase than the actual hotel rooms). When I asked about the wifi in the room, the receptionist explained that they are unfortunately not yet available from that [those] flat[s] - but they they should make this clear on the website/room/ booking info. I could access a (painfully slow) wifi from the lounge-reception area. I'm OK with that and stayed there for a night only anyway, but if you are to go for longer holiday and expect wifi in your flat, you may be more frustrated than I was.
Review 5：We had a small appartment for two on the "Landseite", it was very nice and clean with all comfort, well equipped kitchen, quite comfy bed, and a great shower with massage option.
Review 6：Nice room, good bed and bathroom, very good location, value for money. Very close to the wellness center "sylter welle".
