Review 1：I had dealings with three staff members. One was very nice both at breakfast and at check out. The other two, however, were condescending and flat out rude. There was a minor mix up with the room. Booking.com said when I searched for and had booked the room that it was for two people (I was even prompted to enter names for two people), and these two staff members were angrily insistent it was for one. They said that the bed was too small - a twin, which while not large or anything, was totally fine for a couple of which are on the small side, and I knew it was a twin bed going in. Because of that and due to the included breakfast, they said they would have to charge a bit more. No fuss from us, as we didn't have much choice and we mainly just needed a place to crash. Easily rectifiable, and I was calm, considerate, and agreeable over their new terms. Instead of doing the same, they yelled and screamed at us constantly, insisting we were dumb and they don't care if they helped us or not, which was completely shocking. They couldn't have been more discourteous. Despite that, we chose to stay, as finding another place on such short notice would be too difficult, and we wanted to get to a music festival that we were already running late for. We also asked for a single extra towel on the third morning we were there, and got angrily grilled about why we would possibly need another towel, before reluctantly giving us said towel. I suppose that was an overt request. The breakfast was also lackluster, consisting of a few slices of cheese and deli meat on a tray, a few rolls, and some pre-packaged cups of yogurt. Considering the huge stink they made over the included breakfast and charging us more for it, it was pretty lame. We only went to the breakfast once. Needless to say, we won't be returning, as that kind of attitude is simply unacceptable and very odd, considering the type of business they're running.
