Review 1：Nothing big, but a airco would have been nice. Neighnours were smokers and with the windows open to cool the room you notice the smell nextdoor.

Review 2：The restaurant is faboulous! Good food, price, view, atmosphere. A big 10!

Review 3：Electric bike, though great fun and worked fine would have benefitted from a little service. Didn't spoil our enjoyment though. Saying this as it was the only thing we could suggest requiring some improvement! :-)

Rooms with balcony are very relaxing. Beds are very soft. It is hard to find something bad in this hotel. If we go to Rugen again we will choose the same place. Thank you!

Review 9：When we arrived there were so many very small dead insects in our bed and swarming around the opened ceiling window with the canvas window covering. There was not a cleaning person available or a clean room available without separating into two rooms which wouldn't work with a 5 &7 year old children to be alone so the front desk clerk said he needed an hour and he cleaned up the bed and vacuumed the canvas window curtain above our bed and it took him an hour to clean up the insects. the hotel,offered us free drinks in their restaurant while they cleaned our room. Our room was located on the third floor with no elevator so we had to haul luggage up three flights of stairs. Nothing is nearby this hotel....you must drive to town. This really is not a hotel for couples with children.

Review 10：Staff listened to our complaint and did their best to help. Beautiful island but hotel is located so far away from the town you need to drive or bicycle. Hotel does offer a shuttle into city but beware you can get stranded in town if you stay past 18:00 when the last ride heads back to hotel,

Review 11：Everything was fine, clean, the staff very friendly and helpful (Englishspeaking too), pretty much everything is just as the description says.Gorgeous breakfast, beutifully served. Two things are not as described:the design of the hotel is not "scandinavian", and the beds are reallysoft. I'd say the hotel is the best for adults in couples, interested ineach other and then in the surrounding nature. Lovely bikingopportunities nearby, hotel rents bikes.

Review 12：Nice and quiet place and very kind staff. Room was clean a free mini-bar was refilled every morning:) Centrum of Baabe where you can buy groceries or a have a dinner in one of the restaurants is 5-10 minutes walk away the from hotel.
