Review 1：there is no staff at the hotel after a certain time at the evening. There is not any information about that on the site (house rules for example). It feels more like B&B than hotel

Review 15：Walls are paper thin and can be an issue if you are disturbed by noise. I also didn't much appreciate being yelled at by the owner. I must fairly admit that we arrived late for the checkout (12:35 instead of 11:00) and had lost our key on the way (which was finally recovered), so I understand he had some reasons to be upset. But we were trying to apologize and that was not calming him down the least. I have never been treated that badly in a hotel before. I guess their staff is friendly as long as you don't give them any reason to get angry.

Review 17：Quite a bit of noise from cafe next door when sitting on balcony. Unable to use the spa although I asked at 2.30 to use the sauna at 5pm. Seems one needs to make a reservation when booking. There was no one on duty in the evening when I wanted to ask about booking a taxi.

Thehotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful - we came unexpected witha child and they organized a bigger room for us with additional bed forsmall additional money. The breakfast is served in 2 rooms with a bigchoice of dishes and sweets. By a good weather you even can have yourmeal outside on the terrace. There is a sauna+whirlpool+solarium - wedidn't use it, but it is available in the hotel. The room is typicalBavarian style, clean and quite big, with the balcony (2nd floor). Thereis a kettle in the room and couple of teas, so you can have it in theevening. There are a lot of restaurants around the hotel, so no problemto find something for the dinner. Few steps away there is a port toreach the castle by boot, also the big swimming pool (Therme) is nearby.
