Review 1：We called the owner in advance that we will arrive a bit late, though we had to wait 35 min at midnight until someone let us into the apartment.
Review 2：Everyone was really nice. The breakfast and all the foods were delicious! The apartment was very comfortable for 4.
Review 3：All was well. The only things we missed there were some dishes. We were four and we could find only two soup bowls, for example.

Review 30：Rude staff, not able to check in even though we have arrived 3 hours after check in time without apology or explanation. Very basic equipment of the apartments, no changing of towels during the stay.

Review 32：There was no hot water in the shower , lukewarm due to the broken showermixer ; no soap, no toilet paper, tv was broken, hair dryer was broken.Double bed was too soft and sagging in the middle and I only have 75 kg! On top of that when I asked in the email to get confirmation about theprice I got no response to that question and then it was attempted toget of me 10 eur per person for "final cleaning" which istypical Austrian only non transparent charge. Final cleaning for onenight stay in that , besides we didn't make any mess at all andsurely you expect to do some cleaning when you rent a room? And"per person" - what is that ? Room needs to be cleaned in thesame way regardless of number of persons that styed in it. I complainedand that charge was waived , but really very , very poor. Maybe otherrooms are better. Anyway, make sure you don't fall in the"final cleaning" trap which might double the price !!!!
Review 33：The total cost didn't mentioned that customers have to pay cleaningfee. Its only says that "Cleaning fee 10 euro per person notincluded." which leads to think a person that if they will ordercleaning of the apartment. WiFi was not working but I got discount fromtotal price.
