Review 1：Noisy city center, even in the middle of the night, outside your windows, which are not sound-proof. No on-site car park, you need to walk a few hundred meters, which is not a problem unless you have a heavy suitcase. Poor, limited, breaking-off internet connection.

Review 4：The location can't be beat. The room was extremely large, enough room for our suitcases. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was very good. Cabs can drive up to the front door.

Review 5：No air conditioning. My room was from south-west side. In the room was so hot, even in bathroom. The evening storm was a blessing. You can't reach the hotel by the car casue its located in restricted area. Fortunately the parking is in next building but there is lack of information where to drive. You have to park somwhere and go to reception and ask. They shall give this info in the offer description.

Review 64：Ground floor reception unstaffed. Requires customer to make phone call (we don't own a mobile). Biendo staff then come down from 5th floor reception. In room, no shower door, hence water everywhere. Reading lights next to bed almost useless. No ceiling lights above bed. No ventilation, no air conditioning. The double-glazed windows had to be shut at night to eliminate traffic noise.

Review 65：Location. Close to cafes, restaurants, shopping and transport. Excellent breakfast. We had 6th floor corner room with large windows giving great views. Bathroom had suitable unit to hold cosmetics (the majority of hotels never provide enough room for toiletry bags).

Review 71：The view from the room was stellar! We loved this room and hotel and allof it's modern convinces and appeal. After traveling in Europe for thelast 6 months (we live here but travel a lot) this was a welcome changeto the small family run B&B's (which we also love, but variety is thespice of life!). The staff was excellent, the room was excellent, nocomplains. The hotel and room were also absolutely perfect for ourlarger dog, something that is not always the case with all the noise inthe smaller b&b'S. We did not hear the noise of another guest even onetime in our 3 night stay.

Review 72：First room had been smoked in but changed easily to room on floor 6 - was woken early by the cleaner in the office above polishing the floor with a loud machine. Also quite difficult to find entrance to hotel when driving - you must drive into a no right turn road & then u-turn. There were no parking places left so I had to go to a nearby parkhaus & walk a bit.

Review 74：the welcoming is a bit confusing since the hotel is on the 5th and 6th floor and one can go upstairs only with the room key touching the pad in the lift; but people are usually very helpful there is nothing to put your utilities on in the bathroom
