Review 1：Staff arrived late for check in. No food or drink available--i.e. not even a snack or pop. (Free) wifi hardly worked. Disinterested feel; not very welcoming. Were quick to charge the fee though--it had already gone through before we arrived incl. a 3.75% surcharge for credit card use. Nowhere else have we experienced this; always had the option of paying cash or credit.
Review 2：Room was ok and bed comfortable. Note that you have to bring your own linen or else rent it--not something non-Danish tourists are familiar with.
