Review 1：Helpful and friendly reception staff. Exceptionally clean, quiet and comfortable apartment with high quality furnishings and equipment. Convenient lift from underground car park to apartment level. A reviving stopover on a long drive. Will definitely rebook next time I do this journey.

Review 2：We got there at 11PM so there was no reception and no-one who could explain how to get in the hotel, the hotel nearly impossible to find, the parking even more impossible to find. It took us 2h to figure out our way into the room. When we finally got to the room we realized that there was only 1 blanket because they had prepared the room for 1 person only (we booked for two) so literally one of us had to sleep without blanket as there was no reception or anyone we could call..

Review 5：Staff was not welcoming or knowledgeable about the suite. Some staff was also very aloof. No inservice of how to work things inside the suite - i.e. air conditioning would turn off if a window was opened for a moment because of sensors, TV had two remotes and did not turn off with just the TV remote - an explanations would have been helpful. Watch the shower - extremely slippery - no anti-skit floor here!

Review 6：The location is great and the security of the building is excellent. The likes here outweighed the dislikes. Once one was settled in (and had figured things out - see dislikes) the suite was enjoyable and the stay pleasant.

Review 15：Wi-Fi did not work at all for the first 3 days of my stay, after some repair and changes one could at least access the internet. But it was slow and not at all suitable for my needs. I lost business because I couldn't meet with my clients over Skype. Very disappointing.

Review 21：There is absolutely NO WIFI &, if you can find any staff, they can't help you. The shower floor is so slippery it wouldn't be legal in most countries & there is no-one working on a Sunday so make sure you don't need anything. I would not reccomend this hotel.

Review 23：It is impossible to find. Absolutely impossible. Cab drivers don't know where it is - the address on the website is in a pedestrian only area, so not very useful for travellers with luggage. The suggested address for drivers is only for a parking garage, not the entrance and the main entrance itself is a small door, well hidden between two other business. Once inside, the signs are not helpful, in fact they are confusing. Reception was very difficult to locate as it is on a different floor to the one indicated in the elevator. And strangest of all, the information I needed to properly locate my key in the key drop box was taped TO the key, INSIDE the key drop. Thoroughly useless and very frustrating. I think detailed instructions on locating the place as well as what to do upon arrival should be emailed to each person that makes a booking, BEFORE they arrive.

We appreciatedthe ability to do laundry free of charge. Axel was a wonderful host andwe plan to visit again!
