Review 1：Ayurvedic treatment is going through a transition and can be slightly improved, but otherwise excellent hotel. Staff go out of their way to make the customer comfortable. Excellent spa, fitness classes, mountain bikes and cosy restaurant.

Review 5：Very nice view, nice location, nice staff, amazing breakfast, we found there even kombucha and with this item we said almost everything about the dedication of staff that prepare the meal. Price level not big comparing with facilities which include also an outside pool available during winter time where you got the sensation that you swim between the mountains and wondering why didn t get frozen yet. We were glad to stay there and we will book again next time.

Although the staff is very friendly and tried the best they can, they can't a lot... We spent 2,5 hours in the restaurant waiting for dinner. Another day in the bar 2 times they forgot about our order. And it wasn't nice to find in the room some details from another guests.
