Review 1：Breakfast can be manic dependant on when you decide to eat.Breakfast staff seemed overwhelmed however always had a smile. Tiredness of hotel. Gym facilities extremely poor only 4 machines in a small room. Compared to other hotels who have much better facilities. If you want to continue with your training don't expect much!

Review 2：Location is great. Transport links on door step.overall impression of hotel showed signs of tiredness. However very clean with friendly staff. We where upgraded to an apartment from a suite.

Review 3：Wi-fi connection doesn't work very well! In our room connection coverage was good only near the door... Inside the room it was unreliable and was constantly keeping coming and going.

Review 5：probably no controll (manager) this Christmas. Lots of small tings irritated. It startet that I did not got any answer when I send questions via booking.com, I had to call. Had to ask for towels for our doughter every day. No one in the reception knew about the chokoversum witch was recommedated in their own magasin. Private Telephone communication while we were around for at least 10 minutes. Asked for openingtimes for the zoo, "its closed, everyting is closed at 24.12" Well it was not, we had a fantastisk day at the zoo...No clean sheets in 4 days, no new soap after day 2.

Review 15：Round bed was more style over substance - was not comfortable at all. Breakfast was disorganized. Shown to table but never brought coffee. No toiletries in bathroom - their mistake. Check in without any charm and at check out they did not know about the car park, sent me down to the basement to pay but in fact this was only possible on ground floor. Annoying.

Review 17：Quite unfortunately the drain of the shower was clogged which I only discovered after a prolonged shower - as a result even the main room was flooded. So were a few of my clothes. Maintenance was quick and friendly to clean up the mess. Management offered to take care of my wet clothes. So far so good. Unfortunately they returned my clothes dry but smelly. Apparently they just got tumble dried. For true excellence they should have been properly cleaned, dried and ironed.

Review 18：On arrival my buddy and I got an upgrade to a theme room - loved it! Unfortunately we didn't get the twin beds we asked for when booking online. No problem for us, could be for others...

Review 19：The room was too hot and I couldn't get the air-conditioning to go below 19.1 degrees cellsius. Had the window open all the time but it didn't do much. Also had the breakfast one morning, I pre-booked it so it was 17 euros instead off 22 but I still thought it was overpriced for what it was.

No sheets. -Beauty kit ok, but missing individually bottled shampoo, shower gel (you have a dispenser in the shower and sink, dispensing the same soap, a bit like a youth hostel, not a 4 star hotel). No hair conditioner, no body cream. -Some arrangement with the parking on the basement of the building should be made, either a special price or the possibility of reservation.

They were very slow, poor English - had problems to communicate, although we communicated that we will come earlier the rooms were not ready. Wi-fi is just a joke, it is almost not existing. Review 105：This hotel really tries to rip you off every chance they get! 7euro surcharge for room service! Even the water in the room is horridly overpriced. We stayed in 3 star hotels that give you complimentary water. The coffee sachets were note replaced in the morning when the room was cleaned. Internet was terrible. You has to reconnect everytime you wanted to use it and it didn't work half the time. You really felt like the hotel was trying to make you pay for every single little thing. It's a shame because it's a really good hotel. The tiny thin duvet was also really bad for a hotel of this level. No extra blankets or spare pillows.

Review 137：Could´ve been just a bad day, but it was very complicated to connect to the wifi and took a long time to get it to work. And in the morning a fuse broke down in my room, so I didn't have any light.
