Review 1：Dinner serving took two hours.The courses were not freshly made, and uneatable salt. The chef has definitely not tasted before serving. It spoiled our evening. When complaining to the manager he thougt to compensate for the lost evening by offering a beer! In the past the kitchen was good,but we will not test de future anymore
Review 2：Great location just next to the Christmas Market and the Kurpark. Very good facilities including sauna and spa. Restaurant in the adjacent building with fantastic food and service. Comfortable, spacious room. Overall, great hotel with everything you need, very interesting architecture and relaxing atmosphere.

Review 18：After visiting the sauna and looking forward to relaxing in the quietarea, my girlfriend and I were forced to sit on stools in the corridoras all 3 of the loungers provided were occupied. Other sauna users werealso forced to sit on bar stools or in arm chairs. As the spa facilitieswas one of the main reasons why I booked this hotel, I felt verydisappointed. As we left, after no more than an hour, 5 other peoplecame. Where they sat between sauna sessions, I have no idea. The hotelreally needs to provide more places for sauna goes to relax!!

Review 21：Great hotel in an excellent location! You don't ever need to put on yourjacket - after entering the lobby from the garage, you can use all thefacilities without going outside. The spa area is very cosy. Rooms areexcellent with everything you need, everything perfectly designed aroundthe original buildings. The hotel restaurant offers excellent food.Highly recommended!

Review 26：Being a Romantik Hotel, we excepted something very different than what we got, having stayed at several other hotels in the same chain we expected a high quality hotel with historical details and a high quality and attention to detail. What we got was a below average hotel room and a disappointment. We will not be coming back.
