Review 1：Very loud hotel with big emergency exits bring shut very loudly at night. Loud drunk people passing very close to Windows. Also you have a ongoing flushing noise going through very thin walls. Breakfast location is nice but we had a lot of wasps and breakfast is airplane like. Value for money is bad. Rooms are not comfortable and due to loud surroundings and thin walls we would not recommend staying here if you want to get some rest.

Review 2：Superb location in centre of Prien with ferry very close. However, at the same time very noisy due to people passing hotel and tourist train right next to hotel

Review 3：No coffee maker or mini refrigerator in the room. No line in bathroom to hang up wet clothing such as bathing suits.

Review 4：Location at the harbor. Clean and good sized room. Ceiling fan which we appreciated during the recent heat wave. Outdoor breakfast area and chairs by the water were very nice.

Review 10：It is a very simple hotel with spartan accomodations,nothing to do with a 4 stars hotel and terribly overpriced. People at the reception not friendly at all, no air condition in the rooms. I wouldn't recommend it.

Review 12：I can't think of a thing I didn't like. The restaurant's food was wonderful. All the guests reflected the good nature of the owners.

Review 13：The staff are great, and the owners are on hands friendly, fun and outgoing. We shared a delightful evening together under the canopy as the rain poured down. I had the best night, just conversing with the both of them. They made everyone feel special and important. Just the best of people I think. In fact we exchanged addresses, and I hope they will come visit me in Honolulu sometime so I can show them a little of the generous hospitality they showed me. And the hotel couldn't be better. Location was splendid. I rented a boat and toured the lake and felt like a million dollars. Easy access to the ferrys or to downtown, This is the best hotel in Chiemsee by far.
