Review 3:There is nothing to dislike....wonderful place.
Review 4:The food, the room, the view, the pool, sauna and massage facilities. We would definitely go back. My tip is to take the cable car up the mountain, views are breathtaking.
Review 5:Signage in village to find hotel very confusing.

Review 10:Location, dishes
Review 11:Nothing
Review 12:Excellent chalet type hotel. Luxury rooms. Excellent restaurant. Scenic village setting.
Review 13:Bar was too early closed. 22.30 or 23.00 hours. No refigerator on rooms, nothing to drink.
Review 14:dinner with wines and breakfast.
Review 15:Great family run hotel. The owner really goes out of his way to spoil his guests. Great location. Will visit again!
Review 16:The spa was open only from 3-7:00.
Review 17:The setting was gorgeous as well as the entire facility. It was a wonderful ski weekend for my daughter and me. Extremely satisfied and recommend the hotel for other travelers.
Review 18:No minibar, nor individual toilettries (eg body lotion) in the bathroom. No coffee or tea-making facilities in the room, you have to pay eachtime you have a coffee or tea, which gets quite expensive. For winterholidays the kids need to speak Dutch to make friends. Although theyspeak German, they had their ski lessons in Dutch. The service in therestaurant at night got very chaotic. I would say they wereunderstaffed.
Review 19:It's very family-oriented, and personal. Although a large hotel, the extremely helpful and professional owners make an effort to makeall of their customers feel at home. The chalet-style décor is cozy andbeautifully maintained. Our Sonnenspitz apartment looked onto theZugspitz, which was a little dark, but beautiful. It was very spacious. There were quite a few places to sit if you didn't want to alwaysbe in the room all the time (library, bar, reception). Many of thestaff speak English. We were there for the Faschings Parade which is inthe village once every three years and it was terrific to see the localpeople getting together for this. On Shrove Tuesday they brought it tothe hotel, which was fun. Lots of fresh food to choose from - fruit atbreakfast and dinner, freshly-prepared eggs, local and internationaldishes fro dinner (if a little copious) a really lovely place to stayif you're not out skiing the whole time. If you are, it's ski-in, ski-out.
Review 20:Superb reception, service and facilities throughout. Family run hotel with high standards. Good restaurant.
Review 21:Absolutely nothing !!
Review 22:Every last detail was perfect. A very memorable and enjoyable charming place.
