Reviews for Mosel Weinhotel Steffensberg
Review 1:Really quite poor communications between booking.com and the hotel.
Review 2:Size of room
Review 3:* Hotel was supposed to be open for check-in between 3pm and 6pm. We arrived at 4.45pm and doors were closed, no one answering the phone. We met some hostel clients who were waiting in front of the hotel for quite a long time. They only "opened gates" at 5pm. Very unprofessional. * Hard to think it's a three-stars hotel. I am usually backpacking and I do not have high standards about comfort, cleanliness but we were put in a kind of extension to the hotel which is by far under the level of a 3-star hotel: smelly stairs, very old furnitures, 6 channels on TV... Had to leave the hotel to access the breakfast room. * The website allowed the possibility for requiring a single double bed. Obviously, we got two twin beds. Comfortable, though. * Not worth the money in total. Will try gästhauses next time I travel in this beautiful area.
Review 4:Cigarette smoke permeated the restaurant in the evening.
Review 5:Comfortable, clean rooms and friendly staff.
