Review 1：Way overpriced. 200 Euros per night! Bedroom smelt awful - had to move mattress into the living room. Room standard and decoration terrible for four star hotel - room looked like it was furnished for an elderly peoples home in the 1960's. Apartment was cold. Heating did not work. Asked hotel owner for an extra blanket or duvet and she said "no". Apartment kitchen not good. Was not provided with a brush or scourer for washing-up. Just given a thin cloth. Asked owner/receptionist for a brush or scourer to wash pots and pans and she said "no" - cheap thin cloth is apparently "okay" for washing stains off frying pans! Four star hotel apparently! Shower heating intermittent at best. Bathroom had the bare minimum amount of diluted cheap soap in dispenser. Shower gel provided cheap thin blue liquid not smelling of anything. No other toilettries provided. Nothing complementary at all. Room was not cleaned once during a 3 night stay! Carpet had dog hairs on. Main bed uncomfortable - hence moved mattress on the floor. Wi-Fi only available in hotel reception which closes at 6pm. Standard of breakfast was terrible for a four star hotel. Not enough tables at breakfast to cope with number of guests. Had a ground floor apartment and told to leave windows open so it did not get damp. This did not seem secure, and meant it was cold. Despite ground floor - outside space was not useable. Had to pay upfront - 200 Euros per night! Did not accept Visa or MasterCard. Felt like they were just trying to squeeze as much money and profit as possible. Worst hotel I have stayed in.
