Review 1：Sauna or hot tub to warm up and relax after spending the day being active in nature loving area.

Review 5：The staff at reception is not very warm and the info she provided for the boat and palace opening time is wrong so we've rushed to catch the earliest boat where the palace tour is not open in almost 1.5-2 hrs. Other than this, the hotel itself is excellent!

Review 17：The information in the room said that there was massage available but it turns out that wasn't the case. It didn't matter so much as the very helpful receptionist gave me directions to the nearby leisure centre and I got my massage!
