Review 1：BE CAREFUL, there is an ADDITIONAL 45 EURO PER PERSON fee that is NOT INCLUDED in the price you are paying through Booking. It should be included, as it gives them an advantage over other hotels/apartments, who do not follow this strategy. The swimming pool has sea (SALTY) water. If you are looking for a house with a pool, look somewhere else.
Review 2：The staff was very nice
Review 3：I don't like that I should pay 45€ per person for the cleaning. I think this is quite a robbery because the apartment is not big (30mq), and normally they just have to clean the floor and the bathroom. Moreover, If you think that prices are quite expensive in Formentera, this is not a correct behavior.
Review 4：The structure is comfortable, the apartment at first floor have had a nice view on the sea, it was in good conditions and clean. We have had all to cook. Mr Giuseppe is a very nice person, always ready to help you and to chat, and he takes care of everything in the structure in a very good way. Mrs. Diana is also kind and professional, and she can help you for every problem.
