Review 1：Most of the rooms need a renovation urgently. Therefore the hotel is lacking comfort and you don't feel so well. The price for the rooms seemed to be to high according to the poor and old-fashioned surroundings.
Review 2：I liked the outstanding breakfast the most. The staff had been very nice and helpful, too.
Review 3：Wifi not working properly and narrow single bed. Whole hotel has "old style" and breakfast could have been better! (milk not cold)

Review 5：Came back on the Friday to find i had been moved to a new room and all my stuff was in bags or on bed I was not there when this happened not happy about that as i don't like people touching my stuff the new rooms shower was broken no riser for shower head and it was all held together with brown sticky tape and the curtains were too small for the windows i paid extra for a comfort room and this was not what i got

Review 7：Unfortunately 2 of the 3 evenings we stayed in our room, the electricity went off several times, I think this is a simply causality but it wont not harm if the hotel double check the third floor.

Review 21：It was a reap-off! Room was dirty and satnk of ciggarettes, lighting was terrible, you had corbwebs on lights. The whole place just seem to be falling apart and is in dire need of renovation. I was thoroughly disappointed.

Review 27：The shower was incredibly small. In the special request section, I asked for no feather pillows before I arrived. Upon arriving, I found feather pillows and blankets and he did not have anything else.

Review 33：While it said free parking available there were only 4 spaces and they were very small. The credit card system would not take any of my cards and I had to go find a lot of cash for 4 nights. The cards worked before and after everytime at other places.

Review 35：the hotel was very dated, we paid extra for a comfort room which was very basic,the coffee and tea facility's were a joke there were tin's with tea and coffee written on them but had nothing in them. The main light in the room had no bulb and the hall way from the lift to our room had no lights which made the place feel very creepy and I had to use the light from my phone to find the key hole in our door

Review 38：Spacious, tastefully furnished room with large balcony. Very quiet area, walking distance from the city centre. We were greeted with coffee and pastry and a friendly introduction to the attractions in the city. We were kindly provided with a hair dryer, a kettle and an iron upon request. Gorgeous breakfast room with abundant choice.

Review 41：The room was quite noisy, I could hear every single car passing by the street. The curtains were not sufficient such that the room was completely illuminated at 5 in the morning. During the night I could hear the Television from one room close to mine. The bed/pillow totally unconfortable.
