Review 1：It had the feel of a village home in Germany in the 60'S. Genuinefriendly welcome. Good base for exploring Thuringia and its places ofinterest - which are many and relate to many of the great culturalfigures and events of Germany - Bach, Luther to mention only two.

Review 2：The parking is a little awkward if you have a wide car and don't like driving through narrow spaces. (It might be easier if you could approach it and leave from the road at the back.)

Review 3：We were warmly welcomed and the room was comfortable. We had a good night's sleep and breakfast the next day was excellent. There were eggs from the hens that run around at the back of the building, homemade preserves, local honey and a good selection of cold meats and cheese which was well presented. The breakfast room was like being in someone's home. When you leave you can pay by cash or by credit card (they have a chip and pin machine). Just a note, if you want an evening meal at the Landpension Risch then you need to order it in the morning - so if you are only staying for just one night, you would need to phone ahead.
