Review 1：When we stayed there, the wellness and spa area has not been built, so there was not so much to do. Of course one couldgo hiking in the forest, but with all the fog... As a young family with small children you should be aware that most of the guest are 60 +. Which is no problem at all, but you should no it.

Review 2：The hotel is situated deeply in the thüringer wald, when we stayed there it was foggy but normally the views must be lovely. We had a spacious room in the old part of the hotel which i recommend warmly because of the hisoric touch. The dinner and breakfast where delicious, traditional regional dishes. For our children there was kids menu and a highchair.

Review 10：We got this hotel at bargin price. Situated in the forest it is a lovely place for those wanting to relax. The swimming and sauna was great and allowed us to chill before heading out on our travels the next day. The evening meal was great and very good value for money. We would recommend this hotel.
