Review 1：Friendly staff, comfortable and clean room, excellent fitness center available for hotell guests only 2 min walk from the hotell. Excellent breakfast.
Review 2：Great location close to the city centre, beautifully appointed room with its own patio and coffee maker, incredibly friendly and helpful staff and a fabulous breakfast.
Review 3：Nothing, but just be aware there is no evening meal possible without going out into town.
Review 4：Everything. Our room was spacious and well equipped. It even had a private garden where we could sit out. The beds were very comfortable and the staff very helpful.
Review 5：Neumunster is not a particularly interesting or attractive town. Had great difficulty finding a decent eaterie for our evening meal within walking distance of the hotel.

Review 7：The carpet in the room was a very pale colour and a little dirty due to the fact people had walked on it wearing outdoor shoes, sure this could soon be cleaned.

Review 9：- the bed had two (albeit very comfortable) mattresses instead of one queen size one, which made cuddling harder, but we got over it quickly :)
