Review 1：There was a smell of detergent / or perhaps building materials (?) in the corridor, this was something that I noticed but it was not in the room.

Review 2：Very nice, clean and new room, our dog was very welcome, there was even blanket, food and bowls for the dog... it was really nice. We got an apartment on the first floor and it was really comfortable to go out with dog - there was nice terrace and green.

Review 5：House keeping was less than accommodating to the needs of our family. Traveling with a toddler and senior citizens we basically missed the time slot for cleaning up our apartment. When we asked for some flexibility we were basically told that there is none. A little disappointing for an otherwise true 5 star hotel.

Review 11：The only minor drawbacks are that it is impossible to get to without a car, as the bus doesn't go that far (7 km from Warnemünde and a Ferry to cross the port) and the taxis refuse to drive you there from Warnemünde (or come to pick you up). Luckily the hotel staff was wonderful and came to fetch us by car. And also that the checkout time is 10 am. It's a little strange to be asked to leave so early considering the price of the lodgings. Finally, none of the hotel options are free: sauna, swimming pool, beach chairs etc. But it was still a wonderful stay!

Review 12：The resort is situated at 40 m from a quiet beach, the beach restaurant is delicious the atmosphere quiet and elegant, and the houses are clean, new, extremely well equipped and very cozy. Breakfast is very good, the spa wonderful and the service friendly and helpful, if somewhat lacking in English skills (no English menus at the restaurants, which didn't bother us at all but could be a problem for non-German speakers). It is a wonderful relaxing place to stay, peaceful and beautiful, and you'll find hares running around the lawn at night and absolute quiet.
