Review 1：The personnel. When we arrived we had to wait for someone to appear at the reception (although people from the staff did see us arriving). In the breakfast room there was no one present, so I actually had to go to the reception to organize us coffee. The top of it all was when I went to pay our bill. The receptionist charged me a 30% higher price for unknown reason. When I showed him my reservation and asked for my money back he was incapable of doing anything sensible or reach his boss. After a lengthily discussion I managed to talk him into giving me the money back in cash but the whole situation was very irritating and caused an unnecessary delay. All in all, it is rather clear that the staff has to be trained better. It is really a pity, the facilities are very good.
Review 2：Big room (we actually had a small apartment), new and very clean bathroom, all in all could be a great hotel.
