Review 1：Breakfast was totally cold and do it yourself, with rolls and cheese/jam supplied in the fridge & kettle/coffee/herbal tea. Was a bit of a shock at £5 each extra per day for make your own roll and cup of instant coffee - but in retrospect the type of breakfast was fine.
Review 2：Arrived when I said I would and the door was opened. Location excellent for walking to town and the Natural history museum. Quiet, own shower etc. Bed comfortable.

Review 7：This is not actually really a B&B. You're more just renting a room in a private house. Breakfast is available, but if you turn it down initially, it doesn't happen at all, so there's no changing your mind (there's no communal space or breakfast time to join). Even though the room is lovely, large, and charming, you have no access to the rest of the "inn," which is very much the private space of the family. I was there for five days/four nights, and after the second day, I never saw my host or any other guests at all. When, on the second day, I did go in search of a host, it was very much me going in to her private space, which was awkward and didn't seem to be appreciated. If you want a lovely, solitary stay in a great location, you'll like this, but don't be mistaken; it's really not a B&B or inn in any meaningful way.
Review 8：The room is beautiful and very spacious and comfortable, and the garden in the courtyard is wonderful. The location is perfect, close to the grocery store and center of town. It's nice to have access to a fridge and kettle, and the room has a sitting and eating area which is very useful.
