Review 1：Shuttle to airport only runs up to 10am and then does not run again until 5pm. Had to get a a taxi. Heating did not work properly. Not enough English speaking channels on TV. Only cold breakfast selection (except boiled eggs).

I clear stated that I will check-in on 23rd at about 10:00 hrs. On 23rd morning received an e-mail that my reservation has been canceled and hotel charged me for the whole stay. It cost me some roaming calls for clarification and rebooking. - No shuttle bus available before 05:00 hrs in the morning, or late night. (I had flight at 06:00 hrs). I used hotel's taxi facilities, and the taxi driver charged me 6.2 euros. - There was no place to get an evening meal.

Review 14：when we arrived at the hotel at 23.30 (having said on our booking we would arrive very late), it was full. there was no room for us at the hotel and we were sent in a taxi for 15 mins to another hotel. the point of this hotel was to be close to the airport for our 7am flight the next morning.

Review 17：this is a smaller hotel within walking distance to the Hamburg airport and the train station is also right at the airport that takes you wherever you want to go. The breakfast was great with lots of choices. There were little individual size portions of spreadable meat (leberkase, taiwurst), individual packets of Nutella which I wanted to bring back home to Canada but of course I didn't due to Customs. The only downside was that there wasn't an elevator so we had to carry heavy suitcases up the stairs. The bed that seemed to be too soft was just fine. We are from Canada and do not have the individual duvets that I know people use in Germany. It felt like being back at my Oma's house when I was 10! We had a lovely stay and thank the very helpful lady who told us about the 9 hour up to 5 people using the transit for only 11.20 Euros for the day. What a great transit system too! (unlike Toronto which has a fairly undeveloped subway system for the size of the city). We had to park at the sister hotel about 4 km away, and even if there was a shutlle (waited for a very long time for this) it was not allrght We spend one hour to park the car, in the evening .
