Review 1：-When I arrived (8 pm) the hotel was closed and of course the restaurant as well. After 20h travelling, was terrible. They knew I was arriving so they placed the key for me to enter and get my bags to the stairs, 1st floor, without elevator. Noticed the bathroom is not cleaned everyday, probably they just make your bed. You don't have much choice to have dinner, I could choose one time (around you need a car to go somewhere). I was charged a credit card fee that is not mentioned anywhere, did not happen before in Denmark but they say is like that and we need to trust (should be included in the price or informed in advance, like this seems a way to charge more) - besides, I did not pay with a credit card, while questioning, I have a smile saying "is like this". Overall, not a good experience. Make sure you have a number of a taxi company because they deal with two taxis only and if you need to go somewhere you need to ask the day before (but if you have the company taxi number, in half an hour they send someone, the hotel will not give it). If you want to know where to go and ask in the reception they will just give you a panflet and nothing else, no pride in saying what exists in their "home country".

Review 3：Calling the hotel after 11 pm, no one has been answering the phone. had to switch hotel. Nobody got in touch to ask what happened.
