Review 1：Quality of pillows can be definitely improved.

Review 2：Almost everything from surroundings of the hotel to room decorations. Nice bathroom setting, nice view to the sea.

Review 21：The check in was horrible. Huge lines and curt and surley check in staff. Nothing was explained. elevators are totally insufficient for number of guests at hotel. Spa is a joke. This was suppose to be a spa but the water was lukewarmish everywhere even the hot tub. This hotel was a terrible disappointment. I would never stay there again or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Review 27：It is impossible to have any english material, even for the spa. I speakvery little german , but if they wish other clientele, they should ( atleast) have english /bilingual brochures. Paying 3 euros/day fortowels is too high.

Review 29：The noise from the Nivea-house in the evening and at night (engines were too loud). I missed the opportunity to let the beach towels dry in a proper place in the hotel room. I also didn't like the long waiting period at the breakfast buffet.
