Review 1：I had asked to be on the top floor, which was not the given. The hotel is not very sound proof. The pillows were dreadful.
Review 2：The staff were very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was great. Overall the hotel was very clean and well maintained, our Junior suite was large and comfortable with a very nice bed . We had a lovley stay and would consider staying here again with ear plugs.

Review 4：The staff were really helpful. They ordered a taxi to collect me from the train station late at night and another when my return journey was at 6am! I am allergic to dairy products and they went out of their way to provide soya products at breakfast and try to understand my (poor) German attempts. I would highly recommend this hotel and would certainly stay again!
Review 5：I found the description of wi-fi on booking.com misleading. The local information reads "In some appartements you have the possibility to use the WiFi. The log in is possible either with credit card or value credit vouchers. Please ask for value credit vouchers at the front desk."
