Review 1：WiFi signal could extend beyond the reception area. Nowadays even the mid-age guests like to stay connected.
Review 2：Seaside balcony! Some staff even speak English, can you imagine that! 3 mins walk from a large research institution I often visit.
Review 3：We had a room with ocean view which was nice so we picked one of the nicer and more expensive rooms as recommended by previous travelers. Everything else in the room, especially in the bathroom, was either loose, broken or dirty. The staff was also very unfriendly and the breakfast poorly done compared to all other hotels we stayed in. It was not worth the money we paid. I wouldn't stay there anymore nor would I recommend it to anyone traveling to Warnemuende
