Review 1：Not all of the staff speaks English. Because of this some misunderstanding happened when they tried to explain the prices for some services.

Review 2：Location is good for a business trip with a car. Everything is clean. Breakfasts are good. Parking is big enough. Free wi-fi is medium quality, but it is.

Review 3：One og the receptionists has not really learned how to smile, that doesn't give you a warm feeling when you arrive. The bed wasn't really comfy, the matress was kind of odd, the sheets as well.

Review 7：location is more suited to a visit to the industrial areas of Hamburg. It is a bus trip to the s-Bahn station and then about four stops to the city. The buses are not frequent. There are no or not many eating options near the hotel other than the hotel itself. Lucky the hotel food is good, varied and at a reasonable price

Review 12：We had to pay extra for parking, although the hotel is located way outside the city. We also had to pay for espresso during breakfast, which is revolting to say the least. Internet start at 7.90 EUR per hour for 256 Kbit/s capped Internet access. Full access costs 15.00 EUR - come on!

I don't see the point in having a hotel at an exit of the motorway, where there is no public transportation present, absolutely nothing to see around and the parking is not free. 8 euro/day?!? Just put it in the price of the room! Overall it seems an old, not well maintained facility, absolutely overpriced for the quality, the location and the service.

Review 68：It was just conveniently located for my needs. If you have a car it's just fine. It looks ok from outside. Nice lobby. Room was decent size. Staff was kind and efficient.

Review 69：The lack of airconditioning in our room was a real issue, this past weekend was extremely hot and we had problems sleeping. The pillows are especially poor with very little filling. The restaurant menu was a little limited, it was either steak or fish, and after 2 meals it was enough. We felt that the breakfast was over-priced.
