Review 1：Not in the city centre but price reflects this.
Review 2：Decent value hotel in Hamburg. While not in the city centre, it is only around 10 minutes walk from the the nearest U-Bahn station. Comfortable room.
Review 3：The front desk was rude and dismissive when we were checking in. Made us wait with a crying baby while they helped other people while they checked if our booking existed on the system. It turns out it did.
Review 4：The food in the restaurant has not improved and the waiting staff are not very flexible. If there is a large group in, others get treated badly.

Review 6：I have been requested a slipper twice whether i do not know they still have. Airconditioner is not working, room was cold. Showerhead was broken.

Review 8：There wasn't really anything near the hotel and so it meant taking the tube train or bus to anywhere we wanted to visit. The hotel didn't seem able to provide us with a map of the immediate locality.
Review 9：The room was comfortable and quiet, but we did pay extra for a room that faced the park rather than the busy dual carriage way at the front. The breakfast was good.
Review 10：Fridge was old and didn't work well and it was small. (The help desk said they're replacing them all we just got a broken one). It was a little out of town but a 10 minute walk to the tube stop.
Review 11：The room was a good size, bathroom was nice and roomy. The room was cleaned everyday. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to the track side. We had a problem with our fridge so the staff offered to move us. It was our last day so we didn't move so the staff sent up some complimentary fruit and water. A lovely touch!
Review 12：I could not sleep all night because of noise from the main road. The windows were not soundproof at all. I slept on the 5th floor. The lift was nightmare. I was waiting for ages. Many times finished at 4th floor and It did not continue to 5th. The check out in the morning meant queueing for 10 minutes.

Review 14：This room was a typical business hotel room. The bed was very comfortable but even on the 5th floor there was some road noise. Stay at the back with racecourse views if you feel the 50 Euro supplement is worthwhile. Breakfast was excellent.

Review 18：We had a nice stay at NH hotel, our room was very clean and facing the park which is nice and quiete. The hotel is just situated within 10 min walk distance to the metro U bahn, from there you can reach shopping malls within 10 min. In this station you can also find shops e.g. Rewe, bakery, fruit shop, kebab and other eateries. So its not necessary to buy expensive food at the hotel, You can do some workout in their mini gym and after you can relaxing in the sauna or steam room ( open 15.00-23.00). I would recommend this hotel, only the pillows are too thin:(.
Review 19：Actually in Horn, Hamburg .. although advert on booking.com says hamburg centre. Booked and then realised realised Horn was not central at all but there is a metro - location not too bad, good alternative to the seedy areas in the centre

Review 22：This hotel is clearly business hotel and they failed to provide simple iron to iron shirt. In fact they were quite rude in this topic. Reception staff told me that they never have any spare irons due to the fact that they are somewhere in the rooms but no one knows where exactly. It is a shame!!!! It is a business oriented hotel and it's obvious that business people would need to iron their shirts. More effort should be put into providing this option.

Review 57：The first room I occupied was on the 4th floor next to the 4 lane street. It was very noisy! I had to pay extra to get a room at the back of the hotel.
Review 58：Hotel was next to a park. It was nice to get out for some exercise in a beautiful park. It was close to the subway to get into the city, close to a few restaurants, bakery and stores. When I moved to the back of the hotel, the room was very nice and it was quiet. The view was of the park. Make sure you get a room on that side. You will get a great sleep! It was worth the extra fee.
Review 59：The room they gave us: Smelled like wet dog, and even if we left the window opened the whole day, it kept smelling like this till the last day. The bathroom sink was not draining properly water so if you opened a bit more the water flow the whole sink was getting overflown. The internet connection was just ridiculous, a 4 star hotel, where you have to pay to have a decent internet connection!?!?! In other hotels I have never experienced such a bad connection. The free bandwidth was up to 256kbps which is hilarious for today services, and it was limited to 100MB per day. Moreover it kept asking to register again each of my devices everytime I was using internet.... The upgrade costed 9.9€ per day! Moreover the windows were not sound proof so even if from the road there wasn't much noise coming, all of it was getting into the room. ps the hotel staff asked me to pay extra 50€ to have a room on the other side of the road, with a park sight. Clearly that was not a park but a disused hippodrome, where they also held some very noisy parties during our stay... I will never go back to NM hotels, not even if they are free!!

Review 66：This hotel felt neither great or terrible. The staff were knowledgeablebut a little cold in their delivery of service. The internet was veryfast which meant very good Skype calls could be made from the hotel roomand the sign in process was relatively easy in that it added the 24hrcharge to your hotel room bill..
Review 67：We had booked room for 2 adults and 2 kids. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist told us that this room is suitable only for 3 people, and the fire regulations don't allow all of us to sleep in the same room. We waited about two hours at the lobby, and after that we got permission to go to the room after all, but one children had to sleep in the parent's bed. I checked the hotel brochure, and it said: "Children under 12 years stay free in parents'room." So, wrong information and because of that we had to wait for a long time and didn't get very much sleep.
