Review 1：The room was very small and the bathroom tiny. I had some bug bites after one night and wanted to move somewhere else. In the end I was forced to pay a 80%cancelation fee. I would advise travelers to avoid this hotel and also not book hotels with Booking.com - they were no help at all in my attempt to cut my losses.
Review 2：If your arriving on weekend it's a good idea to tell them when to expect you. No one at hotel when arrived. Got lucky other guests had just arrived before me and had somehow contacted the hotel to come and let us check in.

Review 10：I wish they had provided more toiletries. I asked the staff the next morning and she provided me a few extra, but it would have been nice to have a few extra in the first place since I stayed for 2 nights. The bed was a twin bed so it was a bit small.
Review 11：Location was great for where I wanted to be. I chose the quiet room and it was clean and peaceful. The wifi was excellent for my work. The bathroom was clean and the shower was good. I also liked the fact that there is a separate entrance that I can use to come in and out at night.
Review 12：I did not like a hospitality which was very poor. It was not any staff. I only seen one man in dinning room which I told that my tv did not work, but he did not do anything.
Review 13：Very strange, very strange area (very red-light style club across the road e.g.). They say they have SKY which would be the only positive point, but then they do not...Just avoid going to Pforzheim if you can
Review 14：Smell of cigarettes everywhere. Unpleasant smell from the bath tube. Breakfast time was nor clearly communicated and different staff people told us different time. As a result, we missed our breakfast and decided not to have it in the hotel.
