Review 1：If you book a standard room you can't get a room with river view and these standard rooms are inconveniently accessible.

Review 3：That they did not have rooms for 4 people together nor did they have adjoining rooms so my husband and I had to split up with our children.

Review 8：We spent one night at Parkhotel as a stop-over during our holiday trip. The staff is excellent and very much client-oriented. We booked two comfort double rooms but in one of them the AC was not working properly (at that moment outside temperatures were well into 30 degrees centigrade): we were given another room instantly without any hesitation! Also breakfast is excellent.

Review 15：The hotel is easily found, has very convenient parking, and the staff are very friendly. It is extremely comfortable, the rooms are a decent size and well appointed, and , mercifully, the windows can be opened so one is not subject to an air conditioning system and someone else’s idea of a suitable temperature. The hotel is light, airy and spacious, well designed and the facilities include a spa. The restaurant for dinner and breakfast was excellent. Finally, I thought the value was very good. This is a trip to the Dolomites that I make once a year. In future, we will be staying here on both our way out and our way back. I couldn’t fault it. Thank you. Nigel Levaillant

Review 17：The decor, comfort and cleanliness of the room was excellent. No noise from adjoining rooms or traffic. The location was ideal and just a 10-15 minute walk from the centre of town. Garage facility for parking car very good. Friendly staff. Would use this hotel again if visiting Pforzheim.

Review 18：Having very heavy duvets in July with no alternative to summer quilts. A loud-ish discussion between the bartender & a customer which lasted some 5 minutes & could be overheard by most people. It was started by the bartender over some sort of "oversight" & it was not only unpleasant to listen to but also very unprofessional, particularly because it carried on and on and on...

Review 20：Not negative, just a watch out! It was not evident for me that hotel has a special rate for parking and I paid public price ( a lot). It might be written on the site during booking, but it has to be mentioned at reception and receptionist should have asked guests whether they need parking or not. Otherwise, it might be really disappointing.

Some photos may be upgraded on Booking.com website, to avoid confusion to customers

Review 52：It would be nice if the spa had also a swimming pool. In addition, beware that people access the spa in the nude. Probably it would be more respectful of everyone's customs (this hotel attracts guests from all over the world) if wearing a swimming trunk was compulsory.

Review 53：The staff was very helpful, the location was right in the centre of the town but the hotel had its own parking facilities. The spa was also nice and cosy.

Review 54：The cost of the room is high enough to let visitors park for free. 11€ for less than 24 hours in the garage is too much! Wifi signal is not really strong on the terrace, so instead of enjoying checking mailbox outside you have to go inside.

Review 55：The room was clean and of a reasonable size to feel comfortable. With river view and a calming waterfall sound at night. Breakfast is just great-Anything you want and need. I stayed for 5 days and every morning I was able to have different breakfast. location is central, next to a great jewelry museum and the main shopping street. The congress center is round the corner which is convenient a lot. Parking is right under hotel with th lift which brings you to reception.
