Review 1：The room was cold, the service poor, one chair was broken down, only strange friut tea and not enough, poor breakfast and a demand for a higher rate than mentioned on the phone the day before the stay. All in all, this hotel could do a lot better if the management took proper care of the service and the staff.

Review 3：The fact that they added 2.75% to the bill for using a UK credit card. No other hotel on our stay did so, and if I`d known I might have paid with cash instead, or else gone somewhere else that didn`t charge, like the Hotel Aero in the town, but the banks were closed when I found out.

Review 14：Hotel advertises river view from all the rooms, ours was very restricted, just roofs. There is an extra charge for a proper view, the more river you see the more money you pay! we were also charged extra for our child even though we booked a 2 bedroom apartment.

Review 16：the rooms are all oriented to the water as advertised, unfortunately all you can see is the roof of rooms and parking on level below. Big design fail, huge disappointment.

Review 18：The room was cold when I arrived at night. Knowing that guests are comming, it would be nice of you to turn up the heat a bit. It would be perfect if you had conditioner in the bathroom as well. The shampoo is of a very poor quality and my hair was one big mess after the shower.
