Review 1：Very very Friendly staff and helpful and the room was nice, big and clean!! Plus Great breakfast!!! Everything was an excellent experience!!!! Will stay there again!!!!

Review 2：While the windows allow good ventilation, there is no fly screen so mosquitoes can get in and keep you awake. Adding fly screen would be a really inexpensive way to improve ventilation. Doesn't appear to have air conditioning so summer might be hot. There's no lift so you need to use the luggage lift. Slight inconvenience.

Review 3：The room was really large, bright and with a balcony. Well equipped and tastefully fitted. Great bathroom with nice shower and tub. Excellent breakfast and dining room. Quiet suburban setting in the hilly "villa" area of Eisenach. Street parking wasn't hard to find.

Review 4：It's a lovely property. This was our second stay. We are older (74 and 71) and, although are a lot of stairs and no elevator, we would stay there for a third time.

Review 18：The room was very spacious (one of the biggest rooms in a hotelwe've ever had). It was also impeccably clean. The service and staffwas very helpful and gave us lots of information and restaurantrecommendations. We slept so well in the comfortable and large beds withnice linens.

Review 19：Wifi was a bit dodgy from our rooms on the ground floor but worked if you sat in the right place (also worked fine in reception). This was one of the most expensive places we stayed in but it is worth the price, especially if you are having a romantic get away (unfortunately I was with my teens).

Review 20：This is a lovely hotel. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was amazing - large, luxurious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was a substantial buffet with a good range. It is about 20 minutes' walk to the old town and although the hill looks big when you arrive, it was not an effort to walk back up after dinner.

Review 30：We were runningreally late for check-in and when we called they were ok with it. We just called the number they told us to call when we arrived and a very friendly helpful woman promptly greeted us and carried our very heavy bags up three steep flights of stairs. She upgraded our room and then asked if we were hungry. We were stunned since this was the first hotel to show us such courtesy. We had a nice plate of cheese and fruit delivered to our room and the night was very restful. The facilities were spotless and the robes and slippers were soft. Breakfast was excellent. We were sorry we could only stay one night. the view over the city is nice and the trip to the castle was really short from the hotel.

Review 31：I liked that all of the above phrases could be used to describe Villa Anna - we enjoyed walking inthe neighbourhood, to the platz and up to the castle - all accessible and such a beautiful location. We went to watch my niece, Prita Grealy sing at the Schorschl - it was a wonderful local venue and the atmosphere was very welcoming.

Review 44：Parking mis-represented on booking.com - there is only on-street parkingThe hotel is a long way uphill, yes, it may take only 10 - 15 minutes towalk into town, but it takes a lot longer than that to walk back. Thenearest decent restaurant is almost in town There are quite a lot ofsteps leading up to the hotel and more inside leading to the rooms - noperson lift and the suitcase lift facility was not offered, neither didthey offer to help my husband, who is 68 years old, carry our heavysuitcase. You have to be fit to stay here, or take your car everywhereand risk not having a parking space when you get back from your day out.There is no bar and no restaurant.

Review 51：When you want to visit Wartburg and you drive a car, it will be one of the best choices. Clean rooms, wonderful breakfast, kind staffs and excellent location, near Wartburg. From the city of Eisenach, it takes 10 minutes bus and 10 minutes walk; bus comes once an hour. From the hotel to Wartburg, when you walk it takes half an hour by walk.
