Review 1：The bathroom was poorly equipped but it did the trick.
Review 2：The room I had was nice and cosy, it had cheerful pictures of the seaside on its walls and it was clean and tidy. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I got a lavish and tasty breakfast. It is within easy walking distance to the centre of town.

Review 21：Even the smallest room has a large bed with soft mattress and pillow which was comfortable, feel like home! Furthermore, I arrived quite late, 11pm probably, and the reception was supposed to be closed at 6pm, but with a phone call, the manager open the door for me and guide me for the finding of the keys for my room. Very sweet receptionist, very nice hotel, don't mention the excellent free breakfast!! I would definitely recommend it to others!
Review 22：One of the worst night's sleep I've ever had. The room was right next to the street - could hear every car passing. When taps turned on in other rooms, could hear the pipes. The hotel is right next to a church which has a clock that chimes (loudly) every quarter of an hour, including during the night... etc etc. Poor security. Poor shower. Poor breakfast. Avoid.
Review 23：No wifi! Also right across the street was a church which rang the bells every morning starting at 7am - so I woke up then regardless of when I'd actually planned on getting up.

Review 28：Osnabruck is easily reached from the Hook of Holland and the hotel is easily found and in a pleasant part of town. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the proprietors are very helpful. A very good breakfast, which, much to my teenaged son's delight, included chocolate cake. Very good value for money.

The staff on duty could not speak English so we had a conversation with someone on the phone who told us we were changed to another hotel. Not too good if one wanted to explore Osnabruk.

Review 64：Very good value. Large room with garden view. Very comfortable bed and soft bedding. No problem parking on the street. A good 20min walk to the centre but near a supermarket. Just what was needed. If I thought I was going back I would keep this one a secret.
Review 65：The room had a funny smell, which permeated the bed linen and made me wonder if it was clean. By the end of the night, I was sneezing because whatever the smell was triggered an allergic reaction. Also, the room was very cold for the middle of June and I had to keep my coat on while I was inside. I imagine it must be terrible in the winter. Finally, I couldn't sleep after 06.30 (on sunday morning!) because of too many banging sounds from other guests and people running up and down the stairs.

Review 69：As nice as the arrival and night were, the next day was ruined by a younger female who - upon my calling here to get some coffee with my breakfast - replied that she only had 2 hands, and then ended up arguing (in German) for 15 minutes that she had stress and I was supposed to see this and I should have found my own coffee. So much for the customer always being right. I ended up leaving and getting coffee elsewhere.
Review 70：Very nice welcome upon arrival by an elderly gentleman, who took the time to give all the information about the room, coming and going at night, the city,... The hotel is old but well kept, everything is in working order and even though this was a small room they did their best to make it comforatble by adding a table and armchair, tv,... nice size single bed as well. Lots of choices on the breakfast buffet as well.
Review 71：Well the room was no so modern as they show in the pictures...and theinternet was not working properly. It's also a bit far away from thecity center, but I have to say that it has a good bus connection.

My wallet was stollen thenight before of my check-out and they were very helpful with the paymentand so on.I liked that it was not noisy (unlike some other hotels that for the same budget in Osnabrück they seem more modern but are very noisy). The bed was big and confortable. The breakfast was also very good.
Review 73：It's not in the centre of Osnabrück like a lot of the more expensiveones but it's less than a 5 minute bus-trip and then a 5 minute walkfrom the Lutherkirche.Fantastic breakfast options (compared to my stay in Münster which wanted 17Euros for a breakfast!) and helpful staff who's English was perfect (I could only hope to attain a similar level of German over a decade's tutoring!). Perfect location for the zoo (well worth the 15Euro entrance fee) which you can easily walk to or get the same bus you got towards the hotel (bus 21).

Review 79：I felt there not Hotel, but a kinds of B&B. The location is not so far from central city but by bus, it takes 10-15min to get there. But the bus stop is close to the hotel.

The Breakfast is delicious and diverse.I was there 2 nights, but the served breakfast on the next day was a little different from the first one. Because of the breakfast, I wanna go and stay there one more time!! The facility and other stuffs are a little bit old, but the atmosphere is cool and not so dirty. Something like 2 singlerooms put together to be one larger room, but they forgot to take thewall down properly so it got really hard to arrange tables, bed, sinkand toilet...combined with a massive wall drawing of a greek island-viewthis was quite bizarre.
