Review 1：No complaint at all.

Review 2：Rooms were absolutely comfortable and had a good interior design. Breakfast and dinners were served in the "Leib and Seele" restaurant and were of excellent quality and taste. Staff was very professional and friendly at all times.

Review 5：We would have loved a little bit more flexibility in making reservations for dinner. On our last day, Norderney was hit by heavy storms which made it too dangerous to operate the ferry to the mainland, so we had to stay one day extra. We had to reserve one room for an extra night at normal rate. We would have loved if the hotel had offered us a reduction as a sign of sharing the inconvenience of the situation. (We suggested this in our immediate feedback to the hotel).

Review 6：Our room was very cosy. The interior design was really lovely! The quality of the food was superb, both during brekfeast and dinners. We were impressed by the level of professionalism of the staff, particularly of the reception and in the restaurant. They were extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. The location of the hotel is ideal, it is right in the centre of Norderney, but you only need to walk for 5 minutes, and you are on the beach.

Review 7：Outside noise in the rooms which are located on each side of the hotel. Especially on a Friday & Saturday, nightclubs / pubs open til after 3 am. No air-con in our room despite being 28*c.
