Hotel Continental sells fast on our site. The newly opened 4-star hotel Continental is in the center of the Marianske Lazne. It features a spa area with a small counter-current pool, a sauna and balneo therapy.
All rooms at the non-smoking Continental hotel feature high-quality beds, a private bathroom and a satellite TV.

Review 1：We've chosen this hotel based on the positive reviews and the number of stars. Unfortunately, not worth the money we spent at all. The lady at the reception, she so unfriendly acting as a manager. We basically had no view from the window, we were looking at some roof. Rooms are not clean, many insects can enter especially spiders! No Air-conditioning. Extremely uncomfortable bed, not suitable for a 4 stars "Spa" hotel.
Review 2：I liked that there is a sauna and swimming pool, cosmetic salon, massage and so on.
Review 3：Not helpful stuff. Didn't clean the room one day. Noone answered at the reception the phone calls from the room. The promised bike rental was for double price!!! 500 czk for a person instead of 250 czk in the nearby rental store. And the hotel's bike rent was in the another hotel, 10 minutes walk from continental. Breakfast was scanty. Coffee was awful. The spa had only one person and always was full. No air conditioner in the rooms !!!

Review 5：Despite the fact that room didn't look very comfortable, the atmosphere, breakfast, sauna and park nearby was perfect. Finally we like our room too. Dinner is nice and good price
Review 6：Wifi Signal in our room too weak. No real shower, we had to hold the shower head in our hands. Very unfriendly receptionists. My parents got stuck in the lift. No one responded to alarm. No reply to phone calls. Receptionist was eventually found by other guests in Restaurant.

Review 10：Uncomfortable (double) bed: - mattresses too soft - 2 two separate single mattresses with their own sheet kept sliding apart constantly creating a gap between them; one softer than the other When informing one lady at the rception about the problem with mattresses (I'm pregnant), almost ridiculed and disputed and almost laughed at. She nevertheless informed the cleaning staff who came to look at the problem initially with some attitude; then the sheets were turned horizontally so that they connected the two mattresses as they don't have doublr mattresses or double sheets at the hotel - sheets not changed in a whole week The view from the window blocked by a roof of the hotel theatre, which blocked the air coming so it was stuffy in the room all the time. Too many mosquitos in the room, and the puddle on the roof outside the window kept attracting them even more. It was impossible to combine opening the windows with stopping the mosquitos from flying in. One night served us many bites, it was impossible to kill them all. And trying to keep the windows shut gave us absolutely no air (no air-con in the room). This room should be closed down as the location of it is really bad. Poor wifi. Stale bakery at breakfast with not very pleasant staff around. Notices from other rooms.

Review 43：The location is not central, it's long walk to the centre. This is a charming city, but the hotel has no charm at all. Way down on the main street, it is neither where the elegant city hotels are nor on a side street where the leafy streets of parkland are. The rooms are functional, the staff are not friendly, we didn't get a good feeling and wished we had booked somewhere else.

The reception staff were very helpful and polite in all respect and patient to reply your question especially the kind man of the nght shift. Review 52：We really liked the location of the hotel, it is central but not exactly in the central, the park is just across the street and it makes an excellent starting point to explore both the city and the parks. The stuff is really friendly and helpful, everything was very clean and neat, and the swimming pool is small but we were always alone there so it was very enjoyable.

Review 55：The lady at the reception desk was not so friendly, she told us only the basics about the hotel, We should have paid 8 EUR / night for parking inside the hotel, therefore decided to leave the car outside, on the street. The neighbourhood is not as fancy there as shown on the pictures or in the inner city of Marianské Lazné. The "swimming pool" is a big bathtube filled with normal water.

Review 58：The hotel is located near the green park near running water and facilities for small ones, not far from the center. Area attractions for children. The hotel was beyond expectations, spa treatments are good and cheap and another meal we ordered was a fair price. Staff courteous.

We were given severaloptions to which location in the hotel we wanted a room, and we chosethe top floor facing the street. Not too noisy, it turned out. The roomwas clean, well equipped and had a super comfortable double bed. Laterwe enjoyed a late night bottle of Czech "champagne" on the terrace,recommended by the friendly waiter in the hotel's restaurant. He evenserved our dog a bowl of water. A pleasant evening. Breakfast was fresh,good and constantly replenished. The swimmingpool is a big plus eventhough it isn't large. My best hotel experience in the Czech Republic!
